Included within our Property Management service fees are the following:

1) Freshly laundered bed linen and towels

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for all new arriving guests.  These items are also changed over during a stay of 8 nights or longer during our weekly cleaning service.

2) Cleaning costs

We use external cleaning companies to clean the apartments for our guests arriving and also to service the apartments weekly during a longer stay.

3) Key handover

We meet every guest who arrives to stay with us in order to provide them with keys personally.

4) Emergency out-of-hours support for guests

We are on call for any guest support before, during and after their stay.

5) Handling any required maintenance

We try to deal with any maintenance issues in-house before allocating an external contractor.

6) Guest toiletries and basic under kitchen sink essentials

We use Scottish Fine Soaps for our guest’s luxury toiletries which we believe really enhances their overall experience.

7) Marketing your property via our Website, Social Media & other Agents

We work tirelessly to ensure that we are visible on all relevant websites to ensure that your property is receiving maximum exposure for bookings.
