Spacious, modern and luxurious duplex apartments centrally located in the City Centre with fantastic balcony views across the city. Situated in the new Matrix development on Cowcaddens Road, this apartment provides a great base to discover Glasgow. Less than 100m to the Theatre Royal and only 200m to Buchanan St. Station, the Matrix offers travellers an ideal location to work or play.

The Matrix is situated across for the new Tesco Bank and SMG offices. The apartment is around 500m to Glasgow’s main Shopping Centre – The Buchanan Galleries and a host of fantastic Theatres and restaurants. The apartment can be easily accessed by car from the M8 motorway Junction 17, by Bus at Buchanan Bus Station or by train to Central Station (0.9km) or Queen St. Station (0.7km). There are plenty of supermarket options close to the apartment and the UCI cinema complex is just a few steps away.

The apartments are split over two levels with one bedroom & bathroom on the ground floor and the main living area with balcony, kitchen and master bedroom (with en-suite) on the upper floor.

We really liked the open plan spacious living area, it was easy with kids.Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again next time we are in Glasgow.

Couldn’t fault anything. All of the staff are so easy to deal with and they always respond quickly to any queriesquestions. They’re friendly and nothing is a hassle. The apartment itself was spotless and in a perfect location.

It is not my first time to book flats in Glasgow through GlasgowCityFlats and for sure it won’t be the last! I really enjoyed my stay. Everything in the flat was perfect! the furniture, completed kitchen ket, and the cleaning services they offer! And more than that they have very friendly staff who respond quickly to any question by e-mail ..

We stayed in The Matrix over xmas and were very impressed. The location was fantastic - easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. There is a supermarket very close by too. Bus station 2 minutes walk away and plenty of taxis driving by too. The apartment was a great size, clean and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Clare was very helpful throughout our booking and we will definitely return next time we are in Glasgow. We also had our deposit returned very quickly after vacating. We have no negative comments at all and would recommend the flat and also the company as I'm sure their other flats would be just as good.

Fabulous location and very central to our needs at The Glasgow Royal Concert Hall. Apartment was very secured. Clare from (Glasgow City Flats) was extremely helpful on any questions and queries we had before travelling. Would highly recommend our apartment stay at Cowcaddens Road.

Easy walk to Buchanan Street area for shopping and restaurants. Easy walk to the Clyde as well. Great information provided in the flat book. Provision for secured off-street parking can be made for a very reasonable rate, as well - a great bonus in Glasgow! We were very comfortable during our stay and felt very safe coming and going.

The flat was spacious and very comfortable. Great natural light from the floor -to-ceiling windows in the main room. Very clean and well-kept. Quiet complex. Minimal street noise up to the rooms, as well.

This was our second stay at Matrix. Glasgow city flats make the booking process and the stay simple and straightforward. The apartment is ideal for the city centre yet far enough back from main roads that you are not bothered by noise.

Lovely big apartment with floor to ceiling windows in the living room. Great sized rooms with a double bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom which is perfect for a large family.

This location was very close to everything we needed, and we felt very safe (3 ladies)there´s a code/lock to get into the courtyard, then another to get into the building. The flat is bright and cheery, clean and modern. Lots of drawers and hanging spaces for clothes. The appliances & showers worked well, and the beds were very comfortable. There´s a bus depot a few minutes walk away, with an express to/from the airport. You don´t need a car. The hop-on, hop-off bus is only a few blocks away as well, just across from the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall and we were pleasantly surprised to know that all Glasgow museums are free, as well as the Glasgow Cathedral, which has an amazing cemetery behind it, a beautiful view if you can handle the walk up. The train station is within walking distance, and we caught the 51 min train to Edinburgh, did the hop-on, hop-off bus there, and came back the same day-we loved it. You can also catch a day bus tour to the Lochs and castles to the west if you have time (we didn´t).

Great flats - Just a 5 minute walk to Sauchiehall Street

I loved that it was so close to sauchiehall street. We could easily off shoppingpick up something we had forgotten in the flat in no time. It was also just a 5 minute walk to the bus station which was a nice bonus. The flats were clean and spacious . Due to technical problems with our flight we arrived around midnight and our contact person was there to help us check in.

Great location. Apartment was spacious and well equipped. Reserved, covered parking lot. Service was very good, management responded to an issue raised by me and responded and resolved the issue very quickly even though it was a Sunday.
