ACCOMMODATION

This is a 2-bedroom seventh floor apartment for up to 4 people in a brand new modern apartment block. It is in the heart of Glasgow, situated on the waterfront with stunning high-level views across the River Clyde. Its central position means that Glasgow's shops, restaurants, theatres, bars and tourist attractions are within easy walking distance.

The sunny south-facing open-plan main room incorporates a lounge/dining area and a fully-fitted kitchen with quality appliances. The balcony with sliding glass doors makes this room bright and airy, and allows you to take full advantage of the river outlook. A feature glass brick wall in the dining area adds to the modern design of the apartment.

The two double bedrooms and the bathroom lead off the central hallway. There is secure audiophone access and a lift, and the apartment has gas central heating.

The fitted kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer and incorporates a dining area with glass table and leather chairs. It is well-equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and everything else you will need.

The lounge has two designer sofas and a flat screen TV with access to numerous digital channels and radio stations. There is also a DVD/CD player with a selection of DVDs and CDs and a collection of books and games.

Wireless broadband internet access is provided, with a computer desk and chair for your comfort when using your laptop.

The master bedroom, which overlooks the river, has a double bed and mirrored wardrobe with plenty of storage for your personal belongings. It includes an ensuite shower room.

The second bedroom, located at the rear of the apartment, also has a double bed and mirrored wardrobe.

The bathroom has a bath, wash basin and toilet. There is a heated towel rail and shaver point and constant hot water.

In addition, the apartment has all the essentials, including an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials.

All gas and electricity costs are included in the rental.

INTERNET ACCESS
The apartment has free wireless broadband access for guests with wireless enabled laptops.

LINEN
All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided free of charge. If you stay for longer than 9 nights, clean bed linen and towels will be provided free of charge at the end of each week.

WHAT IS PROVIDED IN THE APARTMENT?
You will find supplies of the following: Coffee, tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, dishwasher tablets and other cleaning fluids; toilet rolls, kitchen paper and bin liners; soap, shower gel, shampoo; bed linen, towels, tea towels, oven glove.

Your stay can begin on any day of the week, subject to availability. Guests may arrive from 4pm on day of arrival, and are requested to vacate by 11am on the day of departure.

A deposit of £50 is payable on booking, with the balance payable 14 days before entry.
