ACCOMMODATION

This is a 1-bedroom first floor apartment for 2 people in a brand new modern apartment block. It is in the heart of Glasgow, situated on the waterfront. Its central position means that Glasgow's shops, restaurants, theatres, bars and tourist attractions are within easy walking distance.

The sunny south-facing open-plan main room incorporates a lounge/dining area and a fully-fitted kitchen with quality appliances. The Juliet balcony makes this room bright and airy, and allows you to take full advantage of the river outlook. A feature glass brick wall in the dining area adds to the modern feel of the apartment. The double bedroom and the bath/shower room lead off the central hallway. There is secure audiophone access and a lift, and the apartment has gas central heating.

The lounge has a leather sofa and armchair complemented by steel and glass tables. There is a flat screen TV with access to digital channels and radio stations. There is also a DVD/CD player with a selection of DVDs and CDs, plus a collection of books and games for your enjoyment.

Wireless broadband internet access is provided, with a computer desk for your laptop.

The fitted kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer and incorporates a dining area. It is well-equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and everything else you will need.

In addition, the apartment has all the essentials, including an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials.

The double bedroom, at the rear of the building, has a kingsize bed and mirrored wardrobe with plenty of storage for your personal belongings.

The bathroom has a bath with shower, wash basin and toilet. There is a heated towel rail and shaver point and constant hot water.

Your stay can begin on any day of the week, subject to availability. Guests may arrive from 4pm on day of arrival, and are requested to vacate by 11am on the day of departure.

A deposit of £50 is payable on booking, with the balance payable 14 days before entry.
