• All our apartments are unique, fully furnished and ready to walk into
  
  
• Our prices include taxes and all bills
  
  
• Free internet access
  
  
• Each kitchen contains a dishwasher, washing machine, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery...
  
  
• You receive fresh white bed linen & towels.
  
  
• Complimentary toiletries on arrival.
  
  
• Tea, coffee, salt and pepper to get you started.
  
  
• Hairdryer, iron and board, vacuum cleaner
  
  
• Weekly servicing for bookings longer than eight days
  
  

Entry to the Apartment

• Check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm
  
  
• Early check-in may be arranged depending on the apartment availability
  
  
• Late check-in charges after 8:30pm (£20) will apply
  
  
• A member of the team will meet you at the apartment to provide you with keys
  
  
• We require photographic identification and credit card details when you sign for the keys
  
  
• A security deposit is required (£100 to £250 depending on the size of the apartment)
  
  
• This is fully refundable to your payment card
  
  
• Check-out is by no later than 11am

Payment

• We require a £50 deposit to secure the reservation and can be made online or by telephone
  
  
• The balance will be due no later than 14 days before your arrival
  
  
• Payments can be made by bank transfer, online, or by telephone
  
  
• We accept most major debit/credit cards
