How to book:

1. Please consult the Availability Calendar for your chosen apartment to check it is vacant for the days you wish to book.
   Or contact us by email or phone (07983 647125) with your required dates so we can check availability for you.
2. Please read the Terms and Conditions before proceeding to pay your deposit (£50) or balance of payment.
3. You can select our optional Daily Cleaning Service which is available at an additional cost of £11.75 per day (including VAT).

Payment methods:

• Through WorldPay, we can accept payments made using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, JCB, Visa Electron.
  The amount due must be entered in the booking form below in pounds sterling and can be converted to your currency at the rate of exchange on the day of the transaction. Transactions will be processed within 48 hours.
• To pay with your PayPal account, fill in the form below and check the PayPal button when you reach our secure server.
• Alternatively, you can telephone us with your credit/debit card details (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, JCB, Visa Electron) and we will process your booking.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by the lessee:

1. If made in writing no less than 14 days prior to the commencement of the period of the rental, refund shall be in full minus any fees or administrative costs.
2. If made in writing or by telephone call or in person within the 14 day period prior to the commencement of the period of the rental, refund may be in full or part thereof at the sole discretion of Glasgow City Flats.
3. If the lessee fails to cancel the rental and fails to take up the rental of any property managed by Glasgow City Flats, the sums received by Glasgow City Flats may be retained in full.
