This is a one bedroom first floor apartment in a brand new development on the Glasgow waterfront. With unrestricted views across the River Clyde and yet just a few minutes walk from Glasgow's shops, restaurants, theatres, bars, tourist attractions and the SECC, it offers a calm retreat in a city centre setting.

The apartment sleeps two and offers unrivalled comfort with top quality furnishings and fittings, including gas central heating. There is secure audiophone access and a lift.

The sunny south-facing open-plan main room incorporates a lounge/dining area and a fully-fitted kitchen with quality appliances. The Juliet balcony makes this room bright and airy, and allows you to take full advantage of the river outlook.

The lounge has a luxurious leather sofa and armchair with footstool. There is a flat screen TV with access to numerous digital channels and radio stations. There is also a DVD/CD player with a selection of DVDs and CDs, or if you prefer to read, there is a collection of books for your enjoyment.

The dining area has a circular dining table with leather and chrome chairs. There is a computer table with free wireless broadband connection for your laptop.

The fitted kitchen is fully-equipped with a Smeg electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Siemens washer/dryer. It is fully-equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and everything else you will need.

The double bedroom has a kingsize bed with duvet, and mirrored wardrobes with plenty of storage for your personal belongings.

The bathroom has a bath with shower, wash basin and toilet. There is a heated towel rail and shaver point and constant hot water.

A feature glass brick wall in the dining area adds to the stylish modern feel of the apartment.

In addition, the apartment has all the essentials, including an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials.

How to book

ELECTRICITY
All electricity and heating costs are included in the rental.

INTERNET ACCESS
The apartment has free wireless broadband access for guests with wireless enabled laptops. Alternatively, public access computers are available locally.

LINEN
All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided free of charge. If you stay for longer than 9 nights, clean bed linen and towels will be provided free of charge at the end of each week.

WHAT IS PROVIDED IN THE APARTMENT?
You will find supplies of the following in the apartment: Coffee, tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, dishwasher tablets and other cleaning fluids; toilet rolls, kitchen paper and bin liners; soap, shower gel, shampoo; bed linen, towels, tea towels, oven glove.

Your stay can begin on any day of the week, subject to availability. Guests may arrive from 4pm on day of arrival, and are requested to vacate by 11am on the day of departure.

A deposit of £50 is payable on booking, with the balance payable 14 days before entry.
